If, for any reason you decided to return or exchange yoour order from 7 raw lab online shop you are welcome to return or replace any item. We can offer a refund or an exchange within 14 business days from receiving your package. If it has been more than 14 days we can offer you a store credit for your next purches.

Please note Items must be unuse, unopen, in their original condition and with all tags attached. 

To make a return you should fill in the appropriate Return Form. The Return Form can be accessed from your Personal Account page and in the "Return Form" section.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5-7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Where returns are processed for store credit, a 7 R aw gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.

Cancellation of a transaction paid through PayPal will be refunded, deducting a cancellation fee of 5% or
100 NIS, whichever is lower.
